Understand the pathophysiologic mechanisms that contribute to migraine and other headache disorders and their clinical significance
Recognize the various types of migraine and other headache disorders
Diagnose and classify migraine and other headache disorders and detect possible secondary causes
Counsel patients about factors that can trigger migraine and other headache disorders
Treat migraine and other headache disorders through a combination of pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic therapies
